    Abstract:The study was carried out to determine proximate content of the Bicol One Town One Product (OTOP) smoked round scad (Decapterus macrosoma) and pinangat and evaluate their nutrient content based on the Philippine Dietary Reference Intakes (PDRI) for selected age groups.
